What we collect
When you request a Vran pilot, we collect your work email, company, role, and the recurring strategic brief you describe. We may also record referral and campaign information attached to the page URL.
How we use it
ThoughtPivot uses this information to evaluate early-access fit, contact you about Vran, and understand which strategy loops people need. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated product mail.
Where it is processed
Pilot requests are stored using Cloudflare services. Resend processes the email notification sent to our team. Those providers process data under their own privacy and security terms.
Retention and requests
We keep pilot requests only as long as they remain useful for the early-access program or as required by law. To ask what we hold, correct it, or request deletion, email hello@thoughtpivot.com.
